Evan was born and raised outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Wake Forest University where he majored in chemistry and minored in mathematics graduating magna cum laude. He then attended Northeast Ohio Medical University and graduated with his Doctor of Medicine. He currently is a third-year resident at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. During residency, Evan was exposed to some of the top interventional spine physiatrists and he quickly became interested in the field and will be pursuing an Interventional Spine & Musculoskeletal Medicine fellowship upon completion of his residency. Outside of medicine, Evan enjoys hiking with his girlfriend and dog, along with playing sports including soccer, basketball and volleyball.
