This presentation is an oral documentation of the experiences of technicians who hold senior positions in academic and hospital-university affiliated libraries.
Library technicians have moved into positions previously held by librarians. While this era of change and evolution has been talked about and implemented, less has been written about and it is now time to ask the question: How is this new model taking shape, ten years later?
