Being a research librarian in times of pandemic proved to be one of the greatest challenges in my professional career. Moving instruction and student consultations online required a whole new apparatus of tools and strategies. A critical approach offered me the key to successfully adapt and support my clientele, during a time of anxiety, difficulties in terms of access to information and digital technology, and the impossibility of using the library's physical collections and locations in the traditional way. This session will be presented in French.
