Migrating to Alma brought with it both excitement for its potential to perform new and complex tasks, as well as disappointment that it does not support certain functions that we expect it to. This presentation will highlight some creative approaches to solving Alma's out-of-the box limitations using APIs. In particular, we will demonstrate how we resolved problems that we encountered with OCLC reporting and how to automate manual jobs in Alma.
