We all know the value of libraries but frequently much time and effort is spent trying to communicate this to library outsiders. Learn how one library system positioned itself to be a sought after partner during the global pandemic, playing a key role in the Municipal Recovery Plan and meeting a diverse array of community needs. Participants will learn what worked, what didn't as well as key structures and relationships that helped foster this environment.
