How do we decide which opportunities are a good fit for our libraries so that we can use our resources to their greatest advantage? This presentation will discuss how to determine when to say “yes” and when to say “no,” to an opportunity. We will discuss how to refine your goals to make decisions easier, and more intuitive, and how to discuss turning down an opportunity with a supervisor, or stakeholder.
