Up your home workout game with a 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. All the equipment you need is a mat, water, towel, and your beautiful body. Simple, effective body-weight movements throughout this workout are scalable for first timers and challenging for those gold medal- winning backyard athletes. Kristina will guide you through a mini-technique clinic for all the movements included in the workout and will conclude class with a core and stretching sequence.
