SEFAP - University of Milan
I have a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (University of Milan, May 2016), with experience in pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology and pharmacotherapy. I got my PhD in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacological Sciences at the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences (University of Milan, December 2019), under the tutoring of Professor AL Catapano, during which I expanded my knowledge on pharmacoepidemiology and pharmaco-utilization, in the frame of prevention of cardiovascular diseases and associated risk factors.
Since November 2018, I have been also working as a visiting researcher under the supervision of Professor BA Ference at Cardiovascular Epidemiology Unit (University of Cambridge), where I gained expertise in conduction of meta-analyses, genetic studies and Mendelian randomization analyses focused on the inflammatory hypothesis of atherosclerosis.
