Kimble has a Masters degree in Counseling from Indiana University and is manager of business development and referrals for Community Health Network. He is a licensed mental health counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, and clinical addiction counselor. He was appointed by the governor to the Behavioral Health and Human Services licensure board, is an adjunct faculty at the University of Indianapolis, and clinical coordinator for several Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) teams.
