Anne Daws-Lazar, BSW, has been Coordinator of the Washtenaw County CISM team for 7 years. She has been involved in crisis response for 26 years as a member of the CISM team. She is a member of the Michigan Crisis Response Association board and co-facilitator for Washtenaw Alive Suicide Prevention Coalition. Anne worked as a dispatcher for 25 years with the Ann Arbor Police Department before retiring in 2012. She was a training officer and a shift leader and also dispatched for Ann Arbor Fire Department for 5 years during that time. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare from SUNY Albany.
