Erica Buffington has worked at GWAEA for 8 years as a school social worker and has been a social worker for 12 years. During her career at Grant Wood Area Education Agency, Erica has been part of the Critical Management Team for 5 years and on the leadership team for 4 years. This experience has been taught her lessons learned that have helped shaped her ability to assist others through crisis events. Prior to GWAEA, she was a social worker for 3 years at Harlem Community High School in a therapeutic day program.
