Dr. Ottenstein is the CEO of the Workplace Trauma Center. With 50 years experience in the mental health field. He is a licensed Psychologist, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Certified Trauma Specialist and a member of the faculty of the ICISF. He is the Clinical Coordinator of the Carroll County, Md Emergency Services Critical Incident Team and a member of the Carroll County, Md Law Enforcement Critical Incident Team. He has provided crisis support worldwide including South Asia, the Middle East, the South Pacific, Haiti and numerous other countries. He directs a program of support for journalists in troubled spots of the world.
