Angela delivers training in Crew Resource Management and post incident support. Serving 16 yrs in the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm, as an Aircraft Cdr in Sea King Helicopters, much of her military life was Search and Rescue. With an interest on the human effects of traumatic incidents, she has helped many in sustaining or creating their system: in the last few years she has been working with NHS Boards/trusts, Mountain Rescue, University of Central Lancashire, PWK Airport and NATS. She also provided resilience training to West Yorkshire Police, Colleges and various airport Fire Services.
