Presentation Details: Redefining Regulation is necessary for our recovery worldwide. Finding ways to build Regenerative Containers for communities to help make emotional and psychological emergency rooms in our local communities for others to find wellbeing in the midst of emotional dysregulation, economic and physical uncertainty, grief, loss and overwhelm. How we redefine wellness and wellbeing to stop the bleeding and make containers for community rejuvenation, how to build these emergency rooms world wide, with shortage of funds, using the internet, and holistic evaluation strategies to support at a grassroots level while receiving care that is trauma informed and based in regenerative ecological theory to not only handle the crisis but to build systems that last while also built to be flexible and change over time.
