Presentation Details: Reflective practice may be defined as “learning through and from experience towards gaining new insights of self and practice.” The notion of reflective practice has its roots in adult learning theory and encourages both continuous learning as well as continuous improvement. Both newer and experienced practitioners of crisis intervention will benefit from this fresh look at the concepts of reflective practice that have been applied professionally for nearly 40 years.
