My name is Troy R. Dichard and I am an EMS Captain for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (FL). I am a State of Florida Certified Paramedic for 16 years as well as a Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C) and Certified Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C). My entire career has been in a busy Fire/Rescue 911 system with the majority of the last 8-years assigned to the Department's Aeromedical Helicopter Unit responding to pre-hospital and interfacility critical care transports. I also act as a clinical trainer and instructor for the Department's Recruit Academy as well as our Paramedic Academy.
