Brittany Goldstein is a PGY2 psychiatry resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She graduated in May of 2020 from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University, which is a 5-year MD program that includes one year dedicated to research. During her dedicated research year, she designed a research project aligning with her interests in the role of psychiatric symptoms and interventions in non-psychiatric patient populations. Prior to medical school, Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University, where she studied maternal depression with Sherryl Goodman's lab and civilian post-traumatic stress disorder with the Grady Trauma Project. Career interests include consult liaison psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, and medical education.
