Traffickers are constantly evolving their business model to maximize profit. In 2020, NCMEC’s Child Sex Trafficking Team (CSTT) provided analytical support on over 17,000 reports. CSTT has seen a significant growth in traffickers leveraging various online platforms to advertise and sell children under their control. Though the use of case studies, this presentation will focus on analytical resources available to support local, state, and federal law enforcement to assist in the location and recovery of child sex trafficking victims. This workshop will only be recorded and available On-Demand from August 9, 2021 until December 17, 2021.
