Human trafficking, is a $150 billion dollar industry with no indications of slowing down. The challenge lies in knowing how to effectively stop this horrendous crime from continuing. With that foundation in mind, we know it is crucial that teachers, students and communities are trained in prevention education. In 2020, human trafficking has only gained momentum due to the global pandemic. According to NCMEC, the rate of child exploitation has quadrupled. Now more than ever, the need for prevention education is paramount. We have partnered with Life Labs Studios, and their innovative technology platform, ThriveCast, aimed at unlocking human potential to grow in knowledge. In this presentation we will share how this method can be used in the classrooms and communities across the country and globe to educate, inspire, and activate a worldwide community against human trafficking. In our presentation, we will discuss how our expertise and innovation can elevate the current anti-human trafficking efforts and challenge us all to move beyond reactive solutions toward preemptive approaches of prevention. This workshop will only be recorded and available On-Demand from August 9, 2021 until December 17, 2021.
