This workshop will discuss the pitfalls of using technology to present evidence to the jury when limited by the tools provided in a specific courtroom. It will discuss the hurdles in converting this evidence to usable formats for the presentation. While the example case will be a drug case, it is a Federal Title III wiretap example that encompassed all forms of media. Investigators will learn how to use open-source tools to visualize their evidence and see demonstrations of some paid tools that are available for evidence presentations. This workshop will only be recorded and available On-Demand from August 9, 2021 until December 17, 2021.
