In this workshop attendees will learn the art of developing effective themes and theories to present to jurors in cases of child abuse. Particular emphasis will be placed on cases in which the outcome largely relies on the assessment of the child’s credibility versus the credibility of the accused. Attendees will also learn effective arguments in response to defense attacks in a child abuse case.
Attendees will learn to develop a theme for their presentations to the jury.
Attendees will learn a set of arguments that can be advanced in nearly every child abuse case.
Attendees will learn common defense arguments and clear strategies for responding to them.
