This workshop, designed for sex offender registry personnel and law enforcement, will provide an opportunity to learn about the U.S. Marshals Service and its enforcement of the International Megan's Law (IML). The presentation will detail the intricacies of IML and how this 2016 federal legislation is cutting down acts of child sex tourism across the world. Additionally, the capabilities of the National Sex Offender Targeting Center (NSOTC) and the impactful resources the Center can offer to law enforcement will be highlighted for attendees.
