This lecture will discuss ways to best use the medical experts available to you to ensure you receive a medical assessment that is helpful to your case. Attendees will learn why history is relevant, the importance of medical records and good imaging, and tips on taking adequate photographs. Multiple cases will be used as examples. Note: This course is NOT intended for medical professionals already adept at performing medical evaluations for suspected abuse.
