Erica Olson, MSS. MLSP, has 20 years’ experience in direct services, policy and advocacy addressing family and interpersonal violence (IPV). She has served on SARTs, DVRTs, and two CDC initiatives: Rape Prevention & Education Program and National Violent Death Reporting System. She has co-authored curricula, legislation, and regulations on child abuse, IPV and trauma, and has provided training at local, regional and national levels. Leadership roles include stints as Director of the NJ Domestic Violence Fatality and Near Fatality Review Board, Global Ambassador for Women for Women International, co-founder of Time Together Supervised Visitation Center, and as a Board officer for RESPOND Against Violence. Through Anassa Consulting, Erica provides expertise and training on IPV and trauma-informed, victim-centered policies, programming and leadership.
