For the past year and half, multidisciplinary teams have been put to the test, the likes of which we have never experienced before. While the child abuse field has passed this test with flying colors, challenges with the pandemic, remote work, funding concerns and a host of other issues, may have caused some teams to drift and become misaligned to the vision, mission, and purpose of the MDT. During this workshop, participants will examine the importance of team alignment and explore methods to re-align your MDT as we begin to envision teamwork and collaboration post pandemic. This workshop will only be recorded and available On-Demand from August 9, 2021 until December 17, 2021.
