This session will discuss the use of cannabinoids in the treatment of epilepsy. Epilepsy is a heterogeneous illness with a complex neuropsychiatric symptom profile. Aspects of cannabinoids may lend themselves to treat the varied symptoms that may co-occur with seizure disorders. An overview of approaches for treatment with cannabinoids will be discussed.
