Madison Bolls is Senior Program Officer for Grants to States in the Office of Library Services at the Institute of Museum and Library Services. She monitors and advises a portfolio of states, territories, and freely associated states on their formula-based library funding. Madison has worked in the IMLS since 2015, serving in multiple positions, including Library Discretionary Programs and Grants Management.
Prior to IMLS, she was the Reference Librarian at the Environmental Protection Agency, serving both federal staff and the public. She holds a Master of Science in Library Science (MSLS) from the Catholic University of America.
