Melody Kellogg is Oklahoma’s fifth State Librarian and State Archivist since the Oklahoma Department of Libraries was created in 1967. Kellogg’s experience includes community and economic development at the state and local levels, city and nonprofit management, and library service in large and small, urban and rural settings. Her responsibilities have included organizational development, strategic planning, grant writing, historic preservation, project coordination, and library and city management. Kellogg holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
