Ashley Hoffman is a Research Support Librarian and the Research & Scholarship Team Lead at Kennesaw State University Library System. Previously, she has worked in elearning, interlibrary loan, circulation, and acquisitions. She received her M.L.I.S. in 2015 from Valdosta State University and her Master’s of Russian and East European Studies in 2009 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ashley has published and presented on such topics as interim leadership, design research methods, broadcasting first year library orientations, and multi-campus resource sharing. Professionally, Ashley is active in the Georgia Library Association, where she currently serves as the Associate Editor of the Georgia Library Quarterly, and ACRL, where she serves as co-chair of a committee in the Distance and Online Services Division. Her current research and professional interests are user experience and leadership in libraries. In her personal life, she enjoys sewing costumes, hiking, and reading.
