Yvon Roy was born in Montréal Canada and has been an illustrator since 1994. He was the 16th President of the Illustrator Guild of Quebec (now Illustration Québec) and was awarded at the Montreal Biennale of Illustration in 2000. He has worked for many major companies and institutions, including the Canadian Museum of History, and the Chaplin family.
From 2005 onwards, Roy published a series of children's books and many other collaborative works as an author and illustrator. In 2017, he published his first graphic novel, Little Victories, describing his relationship with his autistic son.
With Little Victories, Roy wants to reach all parents and share his discoveries and experiences about creative parenting, especially when it comes to having a special kid.
