Dr. Campbell is a rehabilitation nurse with expertise in promoting of function among individuals with chronic diseases and their family caregivers, and in using technologically-mediated strategies to perform point-of-care functional assessments and interventions among cancer survivors. She is currently assistant professor of nursing at Duquesne University. She is affiliated faculty of the Hillman Cancer Center Biobehavioral Oncology Program and is a founding faculty member of the Family CARE Center in the UPMC gynecologic oncology program. She is currently lead co-PI of a NIDILIRR-funded trial, "SmartRehab: An Implementation and Scale-Up Study," which aims to promote social participation and function among caregivers of women with gynecologic cancers.
