Ashley Jones Reno, Psy.D., is the Lead Neuropsychologist of the Neuropsychology and Psychology Department at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC. She serves as a general neuropsychologist with primary interest in neurosurgical populations, including patients with Parkinson’s disease and Epilepsy. Prior to joining the team at CR, Dr. Reno completed internship at the Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and neuropsychology fellowship at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and Western State Hospital. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Reno participates as clinical rater in clinical trials for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as oversees student research projects involving neuropsychological aspects of various neurological populations (e.g., TBI, epilepsy). Dr. Reno is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology, American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the International Neuropsychological Society, and she serves locally on the Institutional Review Board for the W. G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC.
