Brian Hull, PT, DPT, MBA is currently the Director of Rehabilitation for Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Waxahachie, and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-All Saints in Fort Worth. He works with the system leadership to help develop and implement the strategic planning and operations for the Baylor Scott & White hospital therapy programs. Dr. Hull received his Physical Therapy degree from Bradley University, his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of New England. He has served in various leadership roles within Baylor for more than15 years and various community service leadership roles with the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas for more than 10 years. He serves on the curriculum development task force and is Committee Chair and faculty for the APTA-HPA’s LAMP: Management program and as adjunct faculty for Texas Woman’s University School of Physical Therapy. Dr. Hull has published and presented various leadership topics, including therapy value calculation, strategic planning, healthcare reform, quality improvement, pandemic response, finance, economics, negotiation, and organizational behavior.
