Clinical Asst Professor(Dr) Kwok Kah Meng completed his medical degree (MBBS) and Masters of Medicine (MMed) in National University of Singapore(NUS), MRCP at University of Edinburgh (UK), and subsequent specialisation in Rehabilitation Medicine in Singapore. He is currently working in Changi General Hospital (Singapore) as a specialist Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine, and received the Clinical Asst Professor title from Duke-NUS for his contributions to medical education. Below is his personal quote:
"With the explosion of freely available medical information confounding the increasingly complex medical landscape and rising patients’ expectations, I believe that doctors should always retain the humility of recognising their individual limitations, yet consistently work towards the betterment of their skillsets and reflecting on how they could value-add to the patients’ rightful holistic assessment and management. Above all ethical considerations, a doctor should never forget to be an unwavering beacon of hope, in the face of the privileged and often unconditional trust that many patients accord our profession in their darkest moments of life."
