Joe Rosenthal, MD, MPH is a physiatrist on faculty at the Ohio State University in the department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Rosenthal received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2006. He went on and completed his internship and residency at The Ohio State University. He is subspecialty board certified in Brain Injury Medicine and works with patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. He completed his Masters of Public Health at Ohio State University in 2015. Dr. Rosenthal’s clinical and research interests include brain injury rehabilitation and older adult falls prevention. He developed an interdisciplinary falls prevention clinic in 2014, working with a physical therapist to identify and reduce fall risk factors in patients. Dr. Rosenthal has multiple peer reviewed manuscripts that have been published in a variety of journals and co-authored a chapter in a brain injury textbook. He has been active in ACRM for many years, both through providing content at the Annual and Spring Meetings as well as serving as the Chair of the Physician & Clinician Networking Group from 2017-2020.
