As a full conference registrant, practice administrators have access to all content scheduled throughout the conference.

Membership to the Administrators' Network excludes PTs, PTA, and students or graduates of a CAPTE accredited PT or PTA program.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 1, 2021. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after October 1, 2021. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than November 19, 2021. After November 19, no refund considerations will be made.
Extra consideration will be given to cancellations due to COVID-19. Registrants who test positive for COVID and are unable to travel to the conference as a result will receive a full refund with proper documentation. We ask that you contact the registrar within 24 hours of receiving your test result.

Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to email@example.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter.
Registrants must adhere to the categories listed for registration to the annual conference. All admissions will be qualified by PPS once submitted and if the category a registrant selects does not match, a PPS staff member will be in touch with the registrant to discuss the difference in payment due. Registrant Fees for PTs, Practice Administrators, and Students include:
A discount of $150 off the registration fee is available for the 3rd full in-person registrations or more from the same organization. Registrants must register at the same time to be eligible for discounted rates. For more details please call the PPS conference line at 301-674-9586.
While you are visiting the Exhibit Hall, you may be asked to have your conference badge scanned. If you consent the company has obtained your permission to send you promotional materials. This consent also gives the vendor access to the following information that you provided during registration: your name, company name, mailing address and email address. Whether you have your badgescanned or not is entirely up to you.
