Acute Abdominal Ultrasound: Focusing on Common Organs Involved in Acute Disease
In this hands-on laboratory designed for veterinarians with ultrasound experience. Participants are provided the opportunity, using live dogs, to perform a complete abdominal ultrasound examination with an emphasis on imaging small structures, such as the adrenal glands, pancreas, stomach/small intestine, and lymph nodes. 4 CE Hours. Transportation: Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the Oquendo Center for all hands-on labs. The pickup area is located at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center entrance. Buses depart promptly 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the course.
Dress Code: Please dress comfortably. Scrubs are recommended, additional scrubs are available for use at the Oquendo Center, if needed. Closed-toe shoes are required.
