NovaRay® supports 4.0 Tbps aggregate data rate – up to 9 IEEE 802.3 400 GbE channels - in 40% less space than traditional arrays. NovaRay® offers 112 DPs/in2 and demonstrates minimal variance in data rate as stack height increases. The BGA attach method supports greater density and optimized trace breakout region. Proprietary pin to ground configuration enables extremely low crosstalk (to 40 GHz) and very tight impedance control.
Multiple Points of Contact
NovaRay® offers guaranteed two points of contact ensure a more reliable connection. This ensures stub-free mating. Signals lost at the first point are caught in the second. This innovative design contributes to the 112 Gbps PAM4 performance. Additionally, 92 Ω impedance addresses both 85 Ω and 100 Ω applications.
