Ms. Lalla brings a decade of expertise of Grant Procurement and Administration to T&M’s Grant Management team. She assists our Municipal services group and each of T&M’s 10 practice areas to identify, secure, and manage funding to implement critical and essential projects in the communities we serve. Her expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, communication and team motivation helps to keep client projects on track resulting in timely and efficient results.
Prior to joining T&M, she worked as a Vice President of a sustainability consulting firm in which, Ms. Lalla has led various engineering and architectural teams in Federal, State, and Municipal projects that include brownfield redevelopment, transportation planning, infrastructure upgrades, and green-building. She has successfully led efforts to create an on-line toolkit for designing resilient communities for New Jersey Institute of Technology and has overseen the successful build-out of several mixed-used projects in several communities in New Jersey. She has also successfully led efforts focusing on carbon abatement plans, Energy Saving Improvement Plans with ESCOs, resiliency planning with the Kresge Foundation, and microgrid strategy with Rocky Mountain Institute.
