Ms. Woolley-Dillon currently serves at the Director of Planning & Development for Atlantic City. She has worked for several and founded/ managed a private Engineering and Planning firm, served as a Zoning Official, Code Enforcement Official, and Flood Plain Manager. She has also held the position as a Community Development Director, Redevelopment Planner and Planner for other communities throughout New Jersey. Currently she also maintains a limited private planning practice with a specialty in objection work.
She maintains certifications and licenses from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Planners, and the American Institute of Certified Planners, and Environmental Certification relating to Wetlands Delineation (Soils, Hydrology, and Vegetation). At this time she is pursuing the Certified Flood Plain Manager (CFM) designation and is currently enrolled in the New Jersey Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program. Additionally, she teaches the mandatory training class for planning and zoning board members and has been a guest lecturer in various planning topics.
Ms. Woolley-Dillon achieved an Associates Degree in Architectural and Interior Design, a Bachelors Degree in Urban Studies (Urban Planning Option) from Rutgers University (Camden), a Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
