Mr. White has been at the helm of pavement and right of way asset projects since 2011. He has worked with agencies ranging from small cities to large government municipalities. Project experience has included participation in planning, management, and implementation of asset management systems for public sector clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
