Walter C. Percy IV is the Sales and Marketing Director for Asphalt Paving Systems INC. Walter has 18 years of experience working with Asphalt Paving Systems through all levels of the pavement preservation industry. He has the necessary hands on and management experience to have successfully completed many preservation projects in the Northeast. He is an active member of the International Slurry Surfacing Association (ISSA) and the Northeast Pavement Preservation Partnership (NEPPP). Walter has a chair on the Microsurfacing sub-committee for the Pennsylvania Association of Asphalt Material Applicators. He resides in Tuckerton NJ, with his wife Victoria, daughter Amelia, and son Walter Percy V.
