Ricardo began working at his father’s auto repair shop from a very early age. In his early twenties he pursued opportunities that allowed him to gain invaluable technology experience including on-site support at IBM and Schering Plough. He then honed his financial and business expertise while working as a commercial real estate analyst with Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. This professional journey helped him refine a process driven mindset, these skills helped him to continue to thrive at his service-based business, Joman Auto Service.
After transitioning back, Ricardo found huge voids in software offerings available to fleets and repair facilities. CAR was built around a proprietary service process that reduces liability and cost of ownership, while providing a better overall service. He has brought his product to the market and continues to further enhance the product to specifically meet local municipal fleet needs. Allowing them to manage every aspect of service in a seamless and predictable manner.
