Mr. Decker joined Van Cleef Engineering Associates in 2009 and currently serves as a Senior Associate out of the Central Jersey office. Mr. Decker is the appointed Municipal Engineer for Bethlehem Township, Alexandria Township, Rocky HIll Borough, and Cranbury Township, as well as Board of Adjustment Engineer in West Amwell Township. Drawing on over 30 years’ experience in multiple roles as an engineering designer, municipal engineer, project manager and regional manager he directs a team of various design professionals.
Mr. Decker has been qualified and presented as an expert in civil engineering and land planning in public hearings on behalf of and before municipal zoning and governmental boards throughout New Jersey, southeastern Pennsylvania and New York. He has also been accepted as an expert in Hydrology in Superior Court.
