Carolyn was named President of Triad Associates in 2019 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sector to the management of Triad Associates and has continued to build on the outstanding traditions of the firm. She is an expert in the management of HUD grant implementation and administration. She assists with managing Affordable Housing, Market to Affordable Housing, Housing Rehabilitation and Public Facilities Programs for communities throughout New Jersey, and is one of Triad’s key field technicians. Carolyn further supports the Triad team as the project manager for a range of services, including grant writing, grant implementation, community development, relocation, and economic development. She is directly involved in projects related to law and public safety, USEDA, NJEDA, and Community Development Block Grants.
