Bill Whelan has been busy in the Southern New Jersey banking markets for over 30 years. He completed undergraduate studies at Kean University and graduate studies at the University of Virginia.
As a former Freeholder Director, board member of the NJ Redevelopment Authority, school board President, FINRA Registered Representative, and college trustee, Bill understands the needs and operations of the public sector. He has been involved with community and non-profit boards throughout the Delaware Valley and has been very active in youth athletic programs and his parish.
