Stephen Madsen joined NJHMFA as a Policy Research Coordinator in June 2020. In this role, Mr. Madsen is responsible for analyzing the Agency’s programmatic divisions and providing relevant data and housing research to advance NJHMFA’s mission. Prior to this role, Mr. Madsen worked with the Economic Research and Policy Group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation providing economic development and housing policy analysis, and with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Washington, DC, as a Paralegal. Mr. Madsen earned his B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and his M.C.R.P. from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
