Richard is the President-in-Charge of ARH and Civil Solutions, and has 27 years of experience leading, managing and evolving Civil Solutions as NJ’s preeminent GIS firm.
Under his leadership, Civil Solutions has executed a wide variety of projects and has become regarded as a leader and an innovator in the GIS Community. The firm has garnered a track record of experience and success that is unmatched by any regional GIS firm.
Richard is more than just a manager. He actively maintains a diverse list of clients, directly delivering a wide variety of technical services. Richard has evolved his technical skills since that is the only way to be a true client partner, understanding their needs, constraints and opportunities.
Richard is very active in local and regional user groups. He is a regular attendee of various local meetings to continue relationships and maintain a current understanding of the needs and constraints of his potential client partners. He was elected by his peers to serve two terms as the Private Sector representative to the New Jersey Geospatial Forum. He was subsequently elected as the first Chairman for that organization’s Executive Committee.
