How to Login to the Site
Login by clicking the login option on the blue bar at the top of the screen.
Forget your password?
Click "Forgot Registrant ID?", and your Registrant ID will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.
Sessions
How do I attend a session?
You may join a session up to 15 minutes before a session's scheduled start time.
You will do so by finding the session on the schedule, clicking on the session, and after the pop-up appears, click on "Enter Livestream". The "Enter Livestream" button appears red when entry has started. Click the "play" button that appears on the left-side of the screen to begin playing the livestream.
Please note, if you join too early, or a session runs late, you may "bump" into the end of the session appearing before it. In this case, please wait until the session's start time, as the next session will begin at the time indicated on the schedule.
CEU and Verification Attendance Procedures
Certificates will be accessible online November 30, 2020 through May 1, 2021.
Poll Question Poll questions will be launched towards the end of sessions that provide CEUs. There is no submit button for the poll question. Select the answer of your choice choose, and this is the answer that will be submitted to us. You will answer the question in the poll pane on the right-side of the screen once it has been launched. The League staff moderating the session will announce when the question has been launched.
CEUs Are Available for Session Viewed During the Livestream Only CEU’s are only available for sessions viewed during the Conference week. Attendees will be required to sign into the session at the start time time and stay throughout the duration of the session. Attendees will also be required to answer a poll question during the presentation. Visit the League's website for more details on the CEU process.
Certificates After the conference has finished, attendees will log on to the League Tracking system to print out their certificates. Certificates will display your sign-in and sign-out times. Certificates will be accessible online November 30, 2020 through May 1, 2021.
How do I ask a question during a livestream session?
Type your question into the Q&A pane and questions will be answered during the last 15 minutes of each session. You can also particpate in the discussion pane during the session by chatting or sharing resources. If time does not allow for all questions to be answered, panelists can also answer questions via email after the livestream has ended.
Are presentation slides and handouts available for sessions?
Any presentation slides and/or handouts supplied by speakers will be available for download within a session’s detail page. If slides or handouts are not available for a particular session, the presenter did not provide them.
How do I view on-demand sessions?
After the conference, sessions will be available on-demand. View the Virtual Conference schedule and click on the on-demand icon to view a session's recording. You must be logged in as a registered attendee to do so. Please note that CEUs are not available for on-demand sessions.
Networking Chatrooms
Attendees may participate in networking chatrooms to network with other attendees. Networking chatrooms are available at scheduled times, and attendees may join the conversation at anytime throughout these scheduled events. Please note that networking chatrooms do have a maximum capacity for attendance, and although this limit is high and most likely will not be reached, should a room reach capacity, you will no longer be able to join this conversation until someone has left. You must be logged in to join a networking chatroom.
The League Resolutions Committee will meet on Monday at 3 p.m. The Committee will consider only those resolutions, which were submitted on or before October 16. Any interested delegate may attend. The Committee's report containing recommended resolutions will be submitted to delegates for voting at the Annual Business Meeting. A synopsis of all resolutions submitted for committee action will be available on the League's website.
Annual Business Meeting
This meeting is open to all delegates, however, pursuant to the League Constitution, only the Mayor or his/her designated representative may cast a vote. We will be utilizing a voting app during this event, and details will be sent to those eligible to vote prior to the meeting start. An email invite will be sent out one week prior to the Business Meeting to all mayors. If you or a designee would like to participate in casting a vote, please respond to the email invite - after doing so detailed information will be emailed to you on the voting process. The Business Meeting will take place via a Zoom meeting on Friday at 2 p.m.
