How can I contact an exhibitor after the video chats have closed?
Each exhibit booth will have a "Request Information" button on the bottom right hand side. You can send a message or ask a question that will be sent directly to the exhibitor. They will reply to your comment via email.
How do I know if an exhibitor is available to chat?
Each staff member will have their availability listed next to their picture and under the Video Chat button. If the staff member is on another call a message will apper that they are unavailable.
How do I access the chat?
You must be logged in as an attendee to access the live chat feature. When inside a virtual exhibit booth, click on the Video Chat tab and then the "Join Video Chat" button for the specific staff.
Video Chat Controls
Once launched there are several tools and features available within the chat space:
Bottom Left Corner: -Computer Icon: This will allow you to share your screen with other participants -Hand Icon: Allows you to digitally “raise your hand” and alert the chat that you have a question -Speech Bubble: You can send messages within the video chat to other participants
Bottom Center: -Microphone Icon: You can mute/unmute the microphone on your device -Red Phone Icon: Clicking this will “hang up” the chat, and users will see that you have left the room -Camera Icon: This will allow you to turn the camera on your device on/off
Bottom Right: -Four Squares Icon: You can click this to toggle the orientation of how the users appear in your window -Three Vertical Dots Icon: This will open up to a menu with additional options such as blurring your background, adjusting the resolution, and more.
